- Digital Products (including downloads, licenses, or digital content): No returns or refunds will be offered once access or delivery is completed.
- Physical Products: Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging and with all tags attached.
數碼產品（如下載、授權或數碼內容）：一旦交付或啟用，將不予退換。

Refund Process / 退款流程
